Meghan Hays Ayurveda

Meghan Hays Ayurveda is a Medical Ayurvedic Specialist based in Salt Lake City and now offers Ayurveda Salt Lake City and in all of Utah. Meghan has over 20 years and over 20,000 hours of teaching experience in wellness and fitness. She has completed over 4000 hours of Ayurvedic study and is a certified Ayurvedic Doctor (AyD), Ayurvedic Clinical Specialist (CAS/AP) and Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) through the California College of Ayurveda, certified yoga instructor, Reiki Level 3 Master, fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor, and ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer. She is trained in Ayurvedic Marma Therapy and Pranic Healing, MELT Method, and Restorative Yoga.
